Transport Masters USA carriers do NOT carry insurance! The carrier went off-road- to avoid a closed road- and badly scratched our car. Their insurance, Progressive Commercial, said neither their driver nor their truck were on their policy, and would not cover a penny of the $8,000 in damage. Transport Masters USA lies that they have "gap" insurance, which they do not. Learn from our mistake and avoid this company.
