As per many of the other reviews here, I have a very negative experience with this "company." I originally setup an order with Chris Hayes of Transport King. He charged my credit card, and then sent me the contract to sign. The contract did not match our discussion at all. So I called their "customer service" to cancel the order. Dustin answered, and said I had to sign the contract in order to cancel. I initially refused. He then asked why I wanted to cancel. I told him about the bad reviews on this site, and that the contract was entered incorrectly. He claimed that this site (transportreviews.com) was a dishonest site that wanted him to pay a monthly fee in order to show the "positive" reviews. He also pointed me to the BBB website, on which they show a B rating. He also agreed to fix the contract. I unfortunately agreed. They never picked up my vehicle. When I called to request a refund, Dustin told me that I had to send an email to a "special cancellation group." When I asked for a phone number, he said that this department didn't have one. (Meanwhile, in the background during our call I heard a dog barking and children talking.) I emailed the group anyways to play along. He said it would take 3 days to process. I checked 4 business days later to see that not only had I not been refunded my initial fee, but I had been charged again! Turns out, in the fine print, it says, "'Customer' will automatically renew at the end of each applicable shipping level's maximum timeframe set period..." This was NEVER discussed by Chris Hayes NOR Dustin on the initial date of discussion. I've had to call my Credit Union to disput the charges. I'll likely lose due to this "contract." I've filed a complaint with the BBB, and of course, here. I will continue to burn this company's reputation in any way I can.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DUSTIN IS A PROFESSIONAL SCAM-ARTIST. ANY positive reviews/claims you read are FAKE. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY, and for the love of God, DO NOT give them your credit card information!!!!
