DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The business is not real. They take a deposit and forget about you. I went the dumb route and selected the cheapest broker. Of course that never works. Gave a $175 deposit for standard shipping that Christine and my contract states is guaranteed within 7 days. The total was for $700 which I was told by everyone else would never happen. I finally got a hold of Dustin after 6 days of phone calls and emails in which he states he has been busy and Christine is no longer a part of the company. I then offer to up my price for the carrier so I can just get the car moved. He sends me to their customer service email and they tried charging my card again for an additional deposit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Thank goodness I blocked them and the transaction didnt work. Anyways, they'll tell you that I am a made up person or a competitor trying to make their business look bad. They're lieing theives. I hope they get whats coming back to them because one day they will. Its a disgusting way to be a human being. Definitely do your research when selecting an auto transport firm. Carriers without deposits are best.
