Poor at communicating once I decided to go with them. I had to contact them several times to figure out when and if they were going to pick up my car. They failed to notify me their driver couldn’t pick up my car until 2 days after It was scheduled to be picked up (I had to call to find out why they didn’t show up the day they said they would). Then, for the delivery, they didn’t give me an estimated arrival date, and only gave a 15 minute heads up for the delivery, which didn’t help at all because I was unavailable to have it delivered at that time. Then they were frustrated I was unable to have it delivered at that time. The service was quick, and the price was the best of any other company, so that’s why I still gave it a 3-star.
