Pick up was to be at my home. Driver did not want to come to my house at first, but told him he would have no problem and that he would have to come to my house to pick up vehicle, then he complied. I was told by the broker that my son would receive a phone call the day before it was scheduled to arrive. I had given driver both his cell phone number and work number. Delivery was on time, but driver never notified in advance. He called and said to meet him in 20 min. by some roadside and not at the military base where it was to be dropped. His Jeep Wrangler had a lift kit and one of the shocks was damaged, but it wasn't noticed until next day, due to it was dropped in the evening. At this point it was too late since he had already signed off on the inspection.
