Very Poor First Experience

I originally was in contact with Cavalier Transport out of FL... Carl from Cavalier was EXCELLENT... My request was accepted by Transport Express... They were ABSOLUTELY rude... I was contacted the day of as to when my car would be picked up... I was given a first name to the driver (Ivan).. When I asked for the last name to the driver picking my car up I was told he did not know... I stated that was odd if he worked for the company... I was then asked why did it matter what his last name was... Did I need his social security number too.. When I asked to speak with a manager... A man got on the phone and told me his name was Jon I believe... But he then took a call while on the phone with me and told that person his name was Blad... He even spelled it for them.. I then said why did you give me a false name.. He tried to deny it at first until I recited his conversation... He the said what do u want from me... I said the truth and a professional manager... .. I would never use this company again... This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle... And my only reason for doing it was because I didn't think it was safe for my 9 year old daughter and myself to drive cross country alone... My car was picked up at 9:33 pm on 8-20-14 and delivered 8-28-14 at 2:08pm... They told me at arrival that they did not leave WA to come to NC until 8-25-14.. Not sure why they held my car as long as they did before leaving... I was called 8-27-14 at 11:24 am and told that my car would arrive that night or first thing in the morning, but that I needed to have cash when they arrived... I said thank you for calling.... I got a call again 8-228-14 at 10:40 am and was told they would come about 2pm and for to have their money in cash... I told them ok thanks for calling and got off the phone... I then received this text...

I think i misunderstood u. There is a payment of 875$ upon delivery in order to release ur vehicle. Payable in cash, postal money order or cashier's check from bank

Usually people say if they have it ready or not. Didnt mean to make u mad

I said nothing else.. I refuse to argue with an unprofessional person...
