Very poor communication

These people used the worst carrier to deliver my car. They never answer their phone after they get your down payment. Tried to charge my credit card 1500.00 instead of 150.00 and then didn't even apologize for the so called error. Very poor communication. They do not keep track of your car once it is picked up. The car arrived with oil all over the vinyl top from the car above leaking on it. The driver barely spoke any English and his dispatch person was very rude and made all kind of excuses of who's responsibility it was to keep track of my car. Transport Executives said they are not open on the weekend's, when you have business out there on the weekend's, someone needs to be available. I read one review that said you get what you pay for. They were 100 percent right about this company. They spent a lot of money on a slick web site and throw a low ball offer out there and hope someone bites. That's how they operate. I would not recommend this company.
