I contacted Lisa with Transport Executives after looking at several other companies and picking a quote in the middle. I already had the quote of $600 which was for Economy Service and per the quote 90% of what customers choose. Lisa set it up had me sign a contract and stated that once the vehicle was picked up she would charge my CC for $150.00 and then I needed cash of $450.00 to the driver. Two weeks passed and no contact I emailed a couple of times and finnally emailed staed I was leaving for vaction in another 10 days and what was going on. I was told it was on the list and Lisa could hold it while I was away. I left on vacation and emailed about 2 days before return stating to set it up. I got an email from Lisa who seemed to forget who I was and stated he tried to call while I was away with a shipper but after no contact had to let him go. She stated the rate was $600.00 when I asked her about the $150.00 she stated that was extra and her fee. The total somehow had gone up to $750.00 when I asked about it Lisa said she could not get someone for less than $600.00. I stated that was not exceptable and a few more days went by I emailed again and now got a reply stating the carriers wanted $750.00 plus her $150.00 for a total of $900.00 Oh and she said she knocked off $50.00 to help with the cost. I emailed back stating she needed to cancel the contract so I was not charged any bullshit fee for canceling and I was told there was no contract so she would just delete the pickup. So why am I signing for rates if they can just be changed... Watch this company total rip off. I have all copies of the emails and contract I signed...
