Bill was very friendly and helpful, he managed to decrease the cost of shipping by about fifty dollars. He called and made sure it arrived on time. Super vigilant and caring. (: A threeway call was arranged so all parties involved could directly know what was happening, and there was no confusion with payment. Simple and fast, I had no problems or concerns while awaiting my believed Lexus rx 330. it was great, I'd highly recommend service through transport connection for all car shipments.
