After contacting many brokers, I decided to use Transport Connect to move my son's car from Miami to Philadelphia, in part because of their superb rating on the website. I confirmed the order this morning and gave a deposit. Bill's patience with me and knowledge was un-paralleled. Believe me, I had done my homework! This afternoon my son's car was stolen. I immediately contacted Bill, who was at dinner, but within an hour he had returned my deposit. Although it's possible my son's car will be returned, it may not be and I didn't want him (my son) or me to be responsible for a cost that might be unnecessary. If the car is returned, Bill will be the first person I call!! His honesty was refreshing and gives me great hope. Thank you, Bill!!
