I used Transport connection to transport my car from Starkville MS to Austin TX. The first available date for pick up was 23rd May and Bill arranged a carrier by that date. The driver was supposed to pick up my car and he called me to set up a time for pick up on 24th May. However the driver called on 24th May and informed that his truck was on fire and he had to cancel the pickup. I called Bill to arrange for a new carrier. It took a week to arrange a new carrier and cost me $150 extra money. The new carrier picked my car on 31st May and I received it today i.e. 1st June. However, throughout the process Bill responded promptly to all my calls and very candid. I will use Transport connection if I need to transport my vehicle in future.
