Bill did a fantastic job coordinating my car transport from Ohio to California. Like many others, I have had trouble with other brokers and carriers previously, so I was very pleased that Bill kept the lines of communication open and delivered on my specified 3 day pick-up window! The total cost was $1100 ($200 for Bill's broker fee and $900 COD for the carrier) and the carrier allowed me to transport a full trunk of stuff for no additional cost, which was very nice of them. The car was picked up on the first day of my 3 day window and delivered 8 days later due to the truck breaking down on the way to California, but that's not really anyone's fault and the car made it to its destination just 1 day after the original delivery date anyway. Overall, great service and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a headache-free car transport experience! Other brokers and carriers may offer you a discounted price, but often can't deliver on what they promise in terms of pick up dates and transport times, so you might pay a little more going with Bill, but it's definitely worth it!
