Being new to this, Bill explained how the process worked and was completely upfront with me. I spoke with the driver before agreeing to use Transport Connection. The driver was great and worked with my daughter so that she could leave some things in her car. The delivery was on the day promised. The car was dirty as it rained during the trip. No complaints. We will probably use Bill again.
