This was my first time to have an auto transport. I had no clue as to what I needed to do to have my car shipped from California to South Carolina. Out of all the Auto Transport Companies that I contacted, TRANSPORT CONNECTION was the only company that thoroughly explained the process of transporting my SUV from West to East Coast. Bill Avrich is very experienced, honest, and reliable. He found a carrier for my auto transport in less than 24 hours. When the carrier cancelled, Bill was able to find me a new carrier within half an hour! He worked very hard to have my SUV delivered on the exact date I requested. The amount I paid was less than the initial quote I was given. I'm happy I chose TRANSPORT CONNECTION because Bill Avrich promised me that I would be taken care of, and he never broke his promise. The great Customer Service added to my very positive experience with TRANSPORT CONNECTION. A 10 Star Rating would be more appropriate to show the quality service I received with TRANSPORT CONNECTION! I would not only choose TRANSPORT CONNECTION again, I would also recommend this company to my family and friends!
