Bill was right on the money, having never shipped a car before and using a company I found online, who said they have their own trucks and tracking and will be on time, I got tired of the empty promises made by Continental Auto Movers for the 10 days and found Transport Connection on this site. I filled out the form online and Bill called right back, and on a Satruday afternoon too, and informed me about the bad repuattion that Continental has. Two days later I called Bill back because after speaking with him, felt he knew this industry like nobody else. We contracted to pick up my non running car classic car, and within 20 minutes had another carrier on a 3 way call that would deliver the car within 3 days. The shipper kept in contact with me every step of the way, and now happy the car is finally home. The shipper I actually used was Jared from Golden Gate Logisitics from Raleigh NC, 919-278-7687.
I can honestly say, Bill made me feel confortable with finding a shipper for the car. Being a huge car guy myself, and hearing horror stories of my friends and now having my own story, Im glad I contacted Bill to give me a lesson on the industry and get my shipping done. I would Tarnsport Connection again and recommend him to every one in my car club.
