I had a very narrow window for pick up, not realizing that that is difficult. Bill got the auto picked up within that time frame and for a price lower than originally qouted. Don't be put off by Bill's style or chatter, he does deliver. I had never had an auto transported before. It is not as easy s you might think. Don't get impressed by low iinitial quotes. These things are put up for bid and then must be negotiated by your agent. I was surprised that the final price was considerably lower than the initial offer put out by Bill.
