Challenges, but a good experience overall

While my transport took longer than it likely should have, or was expected, the difficulties were not Transport Connection's. I had a large car I needed transported across the US - Southern Florida to Northern California and I wanted a broker who could quickly dispatch and get a driver committed, which Bill did... Bill identified a driver and had a committed transport basically while I was on the phone with him. Bill was knowledgeable and communicative about the process. Going "on the board" was not what I wanted. Bill used his connections and knowledge to get me a committed driver virtually immediately. While TC's broker fees are a bit more than others, the over-all final cost of transport was not more than other carriers quoted. I value "getting it done" and TC got it done.

The challenges with my transport were outside of TC's hands. The actual transport/shipping company needed to reschedule and postpone my initial pickup due to a medical condition with my committed driver and the second driver was unavoidably delayed on his departure... throughout it all however, everyone was communicative and honest about the issues and forthcoming with resetting expectations

in the end, the car arrived fine... Which is what generally matters most.

Overall experience - thumbs up.
