I called two other companies to transport my car. Neither even bothered to call me back. When I sent in a request for a quote from Transport Connection, I received an immediate reply with quotes and a phone call from the owner. I advised him that I had a few weeks before I needed to finalize the transport, and I would call him when I had decided. He did not call and harass me as some brokers will do, so when I was ready to ship, I called him and the transaction was completed in minutes with me speaking directly to the driver. Everything went perfectly and my car arrived safely. I was so satisfied, that I sent another car back to Florida with the same driver.
