Cailen was the driver who delivered my vehicle, and he was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. he was extremely flexible on pick up. he catered to my schedule. he was on time for delivery and gave me a heads up one day, and one hour before. my car had no damage, no missing property, and he was extremely friendly. i would use him to ship again. the owner bill acts as an agent and he places your vehicle on a bid list for pick up, he was fast and affective,and friendly. but don't expect a short phone call. It is almost impossible to get off the phone in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend that if you are calling him to place an order reserve an hour. and if you are picking up a phone call make sure you have 20 minutes to talk. Don't pick up the phone call if you are busy, at work, or unable to give a good chunk of time to the call.....For those who are phone people he is persistant at following up from the minute you place the order to even after your vehicle is delivered. I would absolutely do business with them again, especially because they offered insurance if i were to have missing or damaged property. very competitively priced.
