I contacted Bill who was able to secure a carrier for me immediately. My car was picked up on my requested date. I was able to stay in constant touch with dispatch for my carrier and when due to the icy weather my car was delayed I was able to obtain a new ETA, only two days late, and my car was delivered as promised, undamaged. Thank you Bill, I will definately use you again.
