After a little phone tag Mr Avrich and I finally spoke and he immediately connected me with a company he assured me was reputable and prompt - Odessa Trucking. Mr. Avrich put me on a three way call with the owner and we worked out the pick up date and payment (1125.00) for the transport on the spot. Once the details were worked out Mr Avrich processed our deposit and sent an email verifying everything and some additional information on using vehicle transport services and what to watch out for.
The car was picked up the day before our plane left so we had the use of our vehicle for longer than expected, which we were very grateful for. The driver (Vasilly) was very kind and polite and kept in touch with us as to the date and time of the pickup and drop off,even though they encountered very bad weather during the trip from Seattle to Florida. I have no complaints what-so-ever and would not hesitate to use Transport Connection nor Odessa Trucking. We had our car shipped 3 years ago when we moved from Florida to Seattle and everything went OK but Transport Connection and Odessa Trucking went the extra mile and made this an excellent experience. It's rare now a days to find people that still pride themselves on providing great customer service but everyone I had dealings with did just that. I'm grateful to all of you for making the process seemless and easy - which I'm sure it was not.
