In order to get our car picked up and delivered within a certain window we paid more than the original quote. We also drove 60 miles to meet the driver at a truck stop. The pick up was a breeze, it was parked at a tow truck operators parking lot. Communication was very good, they mostly called me, I ddint have to call them trying to get information. I had never done this before and was a bit worried after reading reviews on this site as to all the problems that can occur. I chose Transport Connection due to the nearly 100% 5 star reviews. Some of the other carriers had good reviews, but if you read th rough the reviews, when things go bad they can go VERY bad. I had NO PROBLEMS. The car was very dirtly but it was snowing all across the country the week it was transported, and the car got there in 4 days!
