When I contacted Bill, he sounded very knowledgeable compared to one other guy I talked to. Bill was pretty direct and responded fast. My situation was that I needed two cars moved. One was a rental car which needed to be sent to Las Vegas. Since I needed to get that moving, I asked Bill to work on it first. I had told Bill that I needed it to be delivered to Las Vegas by Wed which was 1 day. The trucker that Bill provided me told me that it will only get there by Thursday. So I was hesitant at first but Bill kept pressing me by telling me that I was going to lose this carrier if I don't act soon.

So I said fine, lets go with it and paid $210 deposit. After just a hour, I found out that I had a driver who was willing to take the rental car to Las Vegas and get the car there on Wed itself. So I called Bill and told him that I need to cancel that first order. However, he told me that I can't cancel the $210 which was his fee but I can cancel the carrier. This was a bit upsetting since I was not told that once I pay his fees, I can't cancel it. So I asked, "Ok fine, since I have another car that I need to get picked up, can you transfer the fee to that one and take care of your customer that way?" He said the best he can do is charge me an additional $50 for the 2nd car. So the total for really moving one car came to $260 for his fee and then the carrier fee came to $375. Total was $635 ouch! This was to move a car 370 miles.

So in conclusion, I would recommend Bill for getting the job done. In terms of his customer being 100% satisfied, well that didn't happen. That would have happened if he didn't charge me an extra $50 and shown some understanding for his customer not knowing all the information about cancellations. I got pressured into the first deposit. That extra $50 that was charged for the 2nd car is the reason that I don't feel 100% satisfied and can't give Bill a 5 star since the name of this game is customer review and customer satisfaction. However, if you do need a knowledgeable person who can get the job done, I think Bill is a pretty good bet but a little expensive. I don't mind stuff that is a little expensive since I know you will get what you pay for. But that $50 extra could have been handled differently. Being understanding and flexible to a customer's needs can go a long way. That's my two cents.
