The owner of Transport Connection is Bill, and he takes sole responsibility for his company. He offered superb customer service. He is probably the only broker available seven days a week which is ideal since cars are delivered everyday not just during business hours. When he first called me he explained that many of other brokers does not offer the same quality of service. I had a tight window, and I rely on my car as my only form of transportation to work. Without Bill's persistence with the trucking company, my car would not have been picked up on time. Bill left messages on the trucking company's voice-mail until he was able to personally get a hold of the owner and trucker. My car was delivered from Los Angeles, California to Northern Indiana in perfect condition. I recommend Transport Connection.
