While starting the search for an auto transport service was a bit intimidating, being that there's apparently quite a reputation for fraud, I was very pleased with my decision to work with Transport Connection. Bill was very helpful and prompt. He made me feel as though my business was very important to him, and helped me get connected to a quality carrier very quickly and efficiently. He was available for any follow up questions I had and was helpful and understanding as I explained my situation and that I was on a bit of a time crunch. He also offered me a seemingly fair price compared to all the other transport services that I spoke with in the process. I am highly satisfied with the service he provided. It's refreshing to find someone who you can trust.
