Bill from the Transport Connection was the very first person to reply to a general online inquiry I posted for shipping my car. I received about a billion emails from other companies, but within 5 minutes, Bill took the time to personally call me. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business, so I booked with him. I was working on a time crunch since I was only visiting in my pickup site for a limited time. Although he honestly warned me that my pickup could take a handful of days, he called me back within an hour and told me that a driver could pick up my car the SAME DAY! I know this doesn't happen to everyone, and it's not something that Bill can guarantee, but his attention to customer service & their individual needs clearly showed through in all of our conversations, and especially in the outcome of the job... My car was successfully delivered today in California - A job well done!
