first, i'd like to say that hiring a car transport company could be a stressful situation. there are so many to choose from, it's difficult to know who is the most reliable, etc. of course, transport reviews, my source for the auto transport i chose to go with, was very helpful in this regard.
also, i had a time element that needed to be met, which was critical. not only did bill avrich, president of transport connection, assure me that he would do all he could to expedite my transport, he put me at ease with his vast knowledge of this business. i knew "i was in good hands!"
in fact, he put me in touch with the driver immediately, so i was able to communicate with the person who was transporting my car. at no time, did i feel iil at ease with my choice. i knew i had chosen well!
the price of $930 was a fair one, because it was expedited. my window of transport was not only so short, but i needed the vehicle picked up on a weekend, when i wasn't working. my car was the last one on the transport and the first one off! in fact, the driver was in constant communication with me, not only before he actually did the pick-up, but as he got closer to the final destination, he let me know estimated time of arrival. truthfully, i was shocked that he was able to drop off the car as soon as he did!
i would definitely use transport connection in the future. i have told my friends about my positive experience with this company, and would recommend them to anyone who needed effiicient, reasonable and dependable service!
