Bill at Transport Connection was great. He explained the process, didn't collect any fees or ask for credit card information until he confirmed a carrier and pickup time window, and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I was scammed out of $150 by another broker. Bill explained to me that a lot of transport brokers are con artists, that care nothing about helping their "customers" move their vehicles - they only want to lock you into some kind of contract so that they can get your "deposit" money and then they disappear. After my experience, I believe this to be true.

I firmly believe that Bill is an honest businessman in whom you can place your trust. My experience with Bill/Transport Connection was GREAT, and I will use him again if I ever need to move a vehicle in the future.
