Bought a BMW on the net in Baltimore (I'm in Florida.) When the delivery truck showed up to pick up the car there was nobody at the boutique used car dealership. It was a "by appointment only" car store. Even though they knew a truck was coming they forgot to assign someone to receive it. Of course, the truck left and I wasn't getting my car. Bill talked to the dealer, arranged a different trucker to come pick up the car, and my car was on a new truck within 2 hours. Great service. If fact the new trucker delivered the BMW to my door (instead of me meeting him at a big box store local parking lot) at no extra charge.
