I am a total stranger to Bill...but today he went out of his way today to help me. I did not even know that I needed his help. I am purchasing my Aunts car and need it transported ~900 miles. I was on the fence to fly and get it, or have it shipped. I did the usual (read lazy) research online and got quotes from several companies. The quotes seemed great compared to the time and cost it would have taken me...I had no idea that they were all BS. Bill shared the inside story with me, what it would take to actually get a driver to pick up the car in a remote part of the country, and deliver to me. The others were ready to collect the upfront payment from me and were bidding way too low. This would have resulted in me being out the upfront while my car sat for a long time hoping for a driver. Bill helped me make the decision to fly and pick it up. He did not get any business, but I could tell by his voice that he felt good about helping someone. And for that I truly appreciate him and he will be the only person I consider when the need arises again. Thank you again Bill. And thank you for sharing the photos of Scottie and Louie. Steve
