Stop looking, Bill Avrich IS THE BEST!

I had to haul a car from California to Michigan and I started with a company that appeared to be worthwhile. Unfortunately, the 1st driver cancels & no one tells me until I called when it was 2 days past P/U date. The 2nd attempt, same company, I cancelled the haul because again 2 days late, no notice, no anything. So, I called Bill Avrich (Transport Connection) who had been recommended to me after I went with RR. I told Bill my story and he jumped right in getting me set up with a new hauler and giving me FULL details on every step of the process. Ironically, several hours after I cancelled with RR, a hauler shows up in California to load the car. I called Bill because I thought nobody can get a hauler that quick. I was wrong, Bill conferenced our call with the driver and got him to agree to a price. Then, Bill got the owners number and he completed the deal right there with me on the call the whole time. And, he saved me money. Bill made the best of the situation by taking care of me - the customer, the driver who was about to lose an account and he gained another hauling resource making a fair deal with the owner. It was amazing to listen to Bill negotiate with 3 different parties, all the while honesty and integrity. Again, stop looking, Bill Avrich IS THE BEST!
