Bill Avrich at Transport Connection was recommended by someone in my town. I needed to get a car shipped across country quickly. Bill got in touch with me right away and later that afternoon had my transport arranged for pick-up a couple of days later. The cross-country transport driver contacted me directly to arrange to meet me to load the car at a Target parking lot near my house (he needed a larger parking lot to maneuver his trailer). I met the driver and felt even more at ease. He was polite and professional, and took care loading my car. Four days later they called to let me know the car had reached California. My son took delivery of the car, which arrived safely. The entire transaction was much easier than I had anticipated. It was a leap of faith trusting that everything would work out, but it worked very smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend Bill Avrich to anyone.
