Robert Soukkala is a liar and a scumbag. He is not a customer of Transport Connection's and has never placed an order with my company, nor has he ever transacted any business with my company. He simply went online and submitted a quote request that got distributed to ten (10) different auto transport companies including mine. I checked his route on our load board and noticed that he was double posted by two different companies. I left him a voicemail message advising him that his truck was posted by two different brokers, and warned him that this was a violation of the rules of Central Dispatch which maintain that only a single broker may post a customer's vehicle at any given time. After a short while, this idiot called me back simply to argue with me, as apparently he didn't like being criticized regarding the double brokering situation. Apparently, he's a troublemaker looking for conflict. It appears that he has a narcissistic personality disorder (an inflated sense of self-importance) as was demonstrated by his hostility and constant attempts to talk over me while I told him that it was his mistake using his real phone number when filling out the quote request form. After about a minute or so, I finally had enough of his bullshit and hung up on him. As for his credibility, I did some Google research on this lunatic and the company that he works for named "LoanCare" has had a voluminous amount of complaints filed against it for fraudulent business practices and also has an extremely bad record of customer service ratings in the loan servicing industry. Literally thousands of poor victims in dire financial straits, many of whom have suffered hardship due to COVID-19, have been blatantly ripped-off by Soukkala and his shady company LoanCare, and there was a huge settlement as a result of the class action lawsuit previously filed against them. I am not in the least bit surprised about these findings since this guy works for them and I have personally experienced his inappropriate behavior firsthand. In the final analysis, at least I can sleep peacefully at night and have a clear conscience knowing that I don't need to resort to lying for a living like this crook does. This felcher deserves a good, old-fashioned "tune up" or "attitude adjustment".
