Bill with TC is a no non-sense get it done kind of guy. He is VERY familiar with the Transport business and all of the nuisances that go with it. He can traverse it like a wizard and knows exactly how to handle things. It's a very cut throat business and there is definitely a lack of integrity. However, with Bill, he pulls through on his end to do everything in his power to select a reputable transporter and will hold them accountable to get the job done and if they don't, he'll not hold back in that regard either. He has a vast list of those companies who are not reputable and are less than stellar in their track records and avoids giving them business. This serves to protect you, the shipper, from the inexperience and lack of understanding around this type business. Again, this is the second time I've used Bill for moving something in our behalf and I will use him again in a heartbeat! This last time, he helped us transport a large 5th wheel trailer all the way across the country, without incident.
