Another first-timer assisted by Bill and Transport Connection in delivering a new car I ordered online from CA to OK. He made it all easy, contacted me as often as I wanted to keep me up to date with progress in acquiring a driver. He made sure I understood the entire process and used email and a conference call with the trucking company to be sure I had the info I needed to contact the company and the driver. Pickup and delivery were on time and the car was in excellent (new) condition on arrival.
