I had a wrecked non-running 2015 Expedition that I towed from Alabama to California. I hired Bill after reading the exhausting number of 5 star reviews. I didn't read a single complaint. Bill walked me through every step of the towing process and is worth every penny. I understand the value that comes with the immense experience Bill provides. I previously was screwed-over by another broker who refused to offer assistance when the driver refused to pick up my vehicle from the Boston police department. I wish I had Bill on my side during that experience (he would have chewed out the driver who requested I pay $250 out of pocket for a local driver to meet him with the vehicle behind a Target down the road). I would highly recommend Bill if you wish to avoid the numerous pitfalls and hindrances out on the road, you're going to wish you had someone like him in your corner if things go south, which they won't if you hire Bill because he does his homework and always uses awesome drivers who communicate and go the extra mile. 5 stars all around for excellent service from start to finish
