I previously tried another broker Amerifreight whose incompetence, unprofessionalism and straight up lying BS caused my car to sit for days and almost lead me to call off the entire idea of shipping the car altogether. Bill texted me and we spoke at length about the shipping process and how he was different. Companies I dealt with seemed to live by the over promise and under deliver motto. Bill promised and delivered which is all I wanted. I will return to Transport Connection if I ever need these services again. Bill is a good dude and stands by his company. I appreciate Bill for what he did for me putting my frustration and anger at ease. Transport Connection saved me time, money and from flying to Wisconsin and driving back to Arizona. For any competing companies out there I challenge you to stand by your word. Thanks again Bill and Transport Connection for the lost art of customer service!
