Working with Bill on shipping my vehicle was a very positive experience. He was able to negotiate price that was less expensive than other companies and exceed my expectations. If I had any questions, I was able get a hold of him and not just any representative. It was nice dealing with a single person which to me was important. He was able to get a high rated carrier at a good price. I believe in the end, his followup was excellent , doing what he said he was going to do and his experience in the industry lead me to get my car shipped damage free, earlier than expected along with saving me money. I would definitely use him again on the next vehicle.
