Bill contacted me as I was waiting for what seemed like forever for a bigger (certainly not better) company to find me a truck to ship my vehicle. I felt like I was getting the runaround, and before I knew it I was behind a timeline I had been promised. Thankfully I picked up the phone when Bill called. It was clear within the first five minutes that he knew what he was doing, and he took the time to explain how the process worked to me. I decided to cancel on the big guys and give Transport Connection a try. I had a driver the next business day, who could deliver on the timeline I needed on a very quick turnaround. Best part, Bill got me an excellent price, almost $200 less than what the other guys wanted! The communication was excellent, as Bill is the President and one man show of Transport Connection. If you are scared to pick up your phone and get updates throughout the process of shipping your vehicle, Transport Connection may not be for you.
