Was first time I have had to have a vehicle shipped and was overwhelmed with all the calls, emails from all the brokers after submitting my info to many of the web sites online, it was very stressful. Only had a small window to get the vehicle picked up and shipped and didn't have time for someone that was not going to follow through, this is where Bill came in and helped me on day 1 and throughout the entire process, was very helpful with getting everything lined up for me and it all went smoothly and with less stress than if I would have went with some of the other brokers out there. Was lucky to have Bill call me right away when when I submitted my info, was little leery up front at first but got to know him and did some research on his company and read his reviews and decided to go with him. Everything went good, would definitely recommenced him to anyone and would use him again if i need help lining up a carrier for the next haul.
