Shipped my car from CA to NJ. My car was picked up on schedule, but delayed a week. Bill tried to solve the issue and complained about the late delivery to the carrier, and I got some of my money back from the carrier. When I call him late night and even weekends, he always responded. He takes responsible what he does and I really appreciate his services. Thank you Bill.
