I had to ship my sedan from Alabama to California during the summer. Bill walked me through the process very clearly and was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was patient with me as this was my first time shipping a car and stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour. He was able to negotiate $200 off my quote which was great. Bill was available for questions whenever I had one when the car was on the road. The car arrived in the same condition I left it in on time.
