We reached out to many different companies to move an inherited car from MN to VA. We received a lot of quotes from transportation companies. It was a lot to deal with...were we getting the best price? were they really going to pick up the vehicle when they said? Were they going to be flexible with us as we had a lot of moving parts on our end? Then there was Bill at Transport Connection. He's a broker, not a driver. For a set, and relatively small fee, Bill took care of all the logistics. He found a transport company, negotiated a great price, communicated directly and consistently with us providing excellent customer service. Having a broker instead of one set transport company was critically valuable. We had a last minute change of plans and had to move the pick up date. Bill, at no extra charge, was able to quickly find another company to accommodate our schedule change. Using Transport Connection saved us the stress and headaches of navigating the logistics of a complicated move. Thanks Bill! You are awesome and we are grateful!
