I had just purchased a van on an online auction and was in need of having it delivered from Texas to PA. I soon found that the shipping estimate on the auction site was a far cry from the true bids I was receiving. I took it upon myself to do some searching online to see if I couldn't beat the prices I had received and get something more in tune of what the auction site guestimated. I found a shipper that claimed he could give me a price along the lines of what the auction site predicted and I was relieved that I made the effort to take matters into my own hands. This relief was short lived. The 2-4 day window of finding a truck to make the delivery, turned into eight days of not hearing anything. An earlier call to make sure I wasn't missing something, made me even less confident that my van would be picked up at all. My pipe dreams of a cheaper than the competition haul, were soon given a reality check. My search continued. I came onto Transport Connections site and read enough explanation to convince me that I wanted to know what they could offer. Now skeptical of the whole shipping enterprise, Bill Avrich really had to convince me that he wasn't selling more BS. I was inspired by his knowledge and understanding of what I was going through. I elected to contract his services and he very quickly, made things happen! The cost was right in the middle of the low bids, where nothing happened at all, and the over the top bids looking for a sucker. I was contacted by Bill daily or even more often when there were active offers being introduced. His experience cued me onto offers that I should pass on as well as accept. I'm happily writing this review today because my van is now sitting in my driveway and less than a week ago, I didn't know who Bill Avrich was, nor had I heard of Transport Connection. They are in my phone directory now and will be my first call the next time! I thank you Bill.
