I engaged Transport Connection based on strong reviews, to ship my daughter's car from Houston to Maryland. Bill was very thorough in following through on bids submitted and guiding us through the process. When the truck driver initially tried to move the pickup time early and suggest an inconvenient location to do so, Bill was very "hands on" in orchestrating a "conference call" with him, the driver, my daughter, and I to assure the driver "stayed on track" with a mutually convenient place and time to take delivery of the car from my daughter.Once shipped, Bill stayed with the process to assure delivery went smoothly. I would definitely recommend his services for the future!
