I called Bill on the day that my car was supposed to have been picked up by another company who didn’t have a clue when my car was going to be picked up. I was on a time schedule and needed my car gone like now. Bill was so very helpful in explaining to me how the transport business works and what was going on with my car and why my car had been sitting on the dispatch board for three days and why no carrier had picked it up. So I decided to cancel the company that I had originally gone with and give Bill a shot. Within ten minutes of signing up with Bill, he had me on the 3 way with a carrier and negotiating the price because it’s snowbird season in Flordia and the drivers set the price. Bill had my car scheduled for pick up by that Sunday and I was back on schedule to go home to Michigan as planned. The carrier was an hour late picking up my car, but the carrier communicated the reason why and Bill checked on me to make sure my car had been picked up. Bill also called and checked on me at the end of my transport to make sure my car was in good condition and that everything went well. I was happy with Bill’s service as he was a life saver for me. :-)
