Bill is amazing. This was my first time transporting a car and he was extremely helpful. He was completely honest and straightforward, explaining how it all works and ensuring my car was sent with the best transport and in a timely manner. Shortly after speaking with him he already had a transport lined up for me. He set up a three way call between himself, the transport driver, and myself to ensure everything ran smoothly. As Bill is extremely knowledgeable and a professional at transporting vehicles, he told the driver exactly what to do to ensure my car arrived in perfect condition. I was actually surprised at how soon it arrived. Overall completely satisfied with Bill and Transport Connection and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of vehicle transportation.
