Called Bill on Friday. Car was picked up on Saturday in Maryland and delivered to Tn on Sunday. You need to understand that Bill is a broker and after you hire him, he finds the actual carrier. Also, apparently the quotes automatically provided on this site are not accurate. For example, transportreviews quoted $235 and actual price was $400 plus Bill's broker fee. Your final price will vary because it's a reverse bid system to find the actual carrier. Anyway, I felt like Bill did a great job finding a good carrier (Jana Transportation Inc.) and walking me through the process. Murod, the driver with Jana Transportation, was also communicative. He called and let us know when to expect pickup and delivery. Also, because his truck was too big for our home address, he worked with us on finding the closest drop off location that would accommodate his truck.

All in all, I was very satisfied with Transport Connection, i.e. Bill Avrich. Normally I shop around for something like this but he was the first and only person I called after doing some online research.
