Bill handled everything, including a driver that originally took the load and then canceled without good explanation.
Second driver was very nice, picked up and delivered on-time. No hassles, for the price agreed upon. I recommend Bill and his company to anyone. Very refreshing to do business with a guy who is knowledgeable, honest, friendly and gets stuff done.
