This was my first time transporting my vehicle. I was very skeptical, because it’s so much shady people in this business. I initial went with another company Worldwide Shiiping after reading their reviews. To my surprise my car sat for three days no call, no confirmation of a driver. I needed my car ASAP. I went on transport review again and found Bill at Transport connection. I advised him of the situation of what I was dealing with the other company. He immediately assured me that he will definitely get my car moved. He noticed after I cancelled, the other company still had my information still sitting on the board, he went above and beyond to contact her to remove it. Bill explained the entire process and then informed me he needed payment upfront to assign a driver to move my car. My first reaction was huh, what, come again. Once again he assured me he’s been in this business a long time and wouldn’t dare take payment for a service and not produce results. I took a chance and without any doubt Bill called me in two hours with a drive on the phone. All my skepticism went out the window. I was guaranteed a pick up the next day and within less than 24 hrs my vehicle was delivered with no damage. With all the quotes I received, Bill provided the best price. I highly recommend Bill he was straightforward and Carlos was GREAT driver he communicated with me all the way up to delivery. Bill JOB WELL DONE! I would absolutely use you again. :)
